1. Who we are

This privacy policy applies to ezgi.sg (the "Site"), a personal-and-business website operated by Ezgi (the "we" or "us"), based in Singapore. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. The Site does not require account registration and does not run any contact forms that submit data to our servers.

• Anonymous usage data. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not track visitors across other websites.
• Email correspondence. When you email us using the address listed on the Site, your message and email address are stored by our email provider (Google) under their terms.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request URLs as part of normal operation. These logs are retained briefly for security and performance purposes.

3. How we use information

We use the limited information we receive to operate and improve the Site, respond to inquiries you initiate, and protect against abuse. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Site itself does not set first-party tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free. Embedded content from third parties (for example, Instagram) may set their own cookies in your browser when you load or interact with that content, governed by the respective third party's privacy policy.

5. Third-party services

The Site uses the following third parties:

• Vercel for hosting and anonymous analytics. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.
• Google Fonts (loaded via Vercel's edge cache) for typefaces. Fonts are served without setting cookies.
• Instagram for embedded posts and outbound links. Instagram is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and is governed by Meta's privacy policy.

6. Your rights under PDPA

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for our processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@ezgi.sg.

7. Data retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our communications. Server logs are retained for short periods consistent with operational and security needs.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. International transfers

The Site is hosted on a global content delivery network. Your data may be processed in countries other than Singapore. By using the Site, you consent to such transfers, subject to appropriate protections.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page.
