I started practicing pilates and yoga over ten years ago. The shift from practice to teaching came after my pregnancy. Pilates was the thing that supported me most through pregnancy and postpartum, and once I felt that, I wanted to learn how to teach it.
My own experience with diastasis recti pushed me toward training in postnatal pilates and abdominal recovery. I improved my own diastasis through pilates, and seeing what was possible in my own body became the foundation of how I work with clients now.
I trained through STOTT Pilates: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Barrel, plus Functional Anatomy and the ICCB course (Intensive Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels). I've also completed certifications in postnatal pilates with Fonv Pilates Association and special-case work for clients managing herniated disks. Anatomy training has been a constant alongside the formal certifications.
I work with people from foundations to advanced. I like adapting exercises to what each body actually needs, and I'm specific about alignment, breath, and the order we build things in. Whether you're new to pilates or have been practicing for years, the goal is the same: get stronger, move more honestly, feel more at home in your own body.
Every body is unique and constantly evolving.
